-How long will it take to get our photo order?
Orders usually arrive in 1-2 weeks in the summer and fall. During the holidays they may take longer.
-Will the prints or digital files look just like the photos in the gallery?
No, everything you order will look even better! Each photo you order is individually retouched and edited. In some of the photos part of the ceiling or a light stand might be visible in the photo, but they will be removed in the final print
-I ordered a digital file, but did not get it instantly, how long will it take?
We retouch all digital files before we send them to you, and you will receive a link to the file when your prints are shipped. If you only ordered digital files, they usually take about a week to get retouched.
-Are photos from past years still available for ordering?
